House of cards.

We are a house of cards and ever queen and king is down for the count!!!
Jonathan and I have to flu. It’s hit pretty hard. We both knocked out at 6 pm and woke up at 9 just to drink Tea and eat jello and bananas. Now back to bed!

How many awards did you walk away with?

Have never been a fan of Jennifer Hudson or  weight loss programs like Weight Watchers, Jenny craig, or atkins… I always find people who are on them are obsessed with what everyone else is doing. Weight loss becomes so much of who a person is they loose touch with what is appropriate or simply how not to be annoying. Jennifer hudson raining on Adele’s parade is a prime example. So my question to Jennifer Hudson is “how many awards did you walk away with.  Jennifer Hudson will now forever be known for loosing weight on weight watcher. Adele will go down in history as one of the best singers of our time.  Perhaps Jennifer and other weight loose nuts should wait until they are asked to give weight loss tips for some. 

 I realized the best way to loose weight is heal.  I am sitting here wearing a tank top I wore two years ago as a dress.  When I focused on weight I said a lot of things I would have never said before.

BTW I was 10000X’s healthier when I was heavier, than I am now at  10-12 sizes smaller.

Life lessons of 2012 so far!

In order to love anyone you must love and respect yourself

You are not obligated to love anyone just because on a cellular level you composed of the same “material”
Only you have the right to open and close doors to others in your life.

It’s ok to walk away from people especially when you’ve tried.

Life is short and death comes to all, some faster then others.

Life is precious and humans are vulnerable. Sudden random death are not rare. Car accidents, homicides, and suicides seems rare when statistics are used but I bet most Americans 25+ have run into someone who will or have died.

Stress is truly a maverick contributor to my health issues.

When I can embrace the light my body, mind and spirit will be healed

I love how people think 1997 is vintage.  

Identity test can be heart breaking. Reporting it can often be fruitless! I’m so grateful this is almost over.
